Voidworks Studio ("we", "us") operates voidworks.studio. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

This website does not collect personal information except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Contact form submissions (name, email address, message) — used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not store form data beyond what Formspree retains per their privacy policy.
  • Analytics — we use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Plausible is a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that does not use cookies or track users across websites. See the analytics section below for details.

Third-Party Services

Contact Form

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree. When you submit the contact form, your name, email, and message are transmitted to Formspree's servers. Please review Formspree's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle that data.

Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When you visit the site, your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch the font files. This request includes your IP address and the page you are visiting. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle that data.

Website Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to analyze website usage. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics service that respects your privacy:

  • No cookies: Plausible does not use cookies or store any cookies in your browser.
  • No personal data: We cannot identify you personally. Plausible tracks only page views and button clicks at the aggregate level.
  • No cross-site tracking: Your activity is not tracked across other websites.
  • What is tracked: Page views and clicks on the Download CTA button.

Your Rights (Voidworker App Users)

If you use the Voidworker app, you have rights under GDPR and other data protection regulations:

Right to Deletion

You can delete your Voidworker account and all associated data at any time:

  • In-app: Settings → "Delete My Account"
  • API: DELETE /api/gdpr/me

Right to Data Export

You can export your personal data in machine-readable format (JSON):

  • In-app: Settings → "Export My Data"
  • API: GET /api/gdpr/export
  • Includes: Profile info, calendar data, preferences, and usage history.

Data Retention

We retain data for the minimum time necessary to provide the service. Here's how long we keep each type:

AI Context Snapshots & Suggestions: 90 days (auto-deleted)

Integration Sync Logs: 90 days (auto-deleted)

Token Usage Records: 90 days (auto-deleted)

Calendar Event Cache: 90 days from last update (auto-deleted)

Account Data & Preferences: Retained until account deletion

Authentication Sessions: Expire per JWT TTL, no server-side persistence

How We Use Your Information

Any information you submit via the contact form is used solely to respond to your message. We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
